Requirements:
1. Your website must have an official registered domain name (.com, .net, etc.) and no free website extensions. For example websites such as Freewebs or Invisionfree are considered "free website extensions." Your domain name should not look anything like www.mysite.freesitemaker.com.
2. Your site must be professional grade, visual appealing and active.
3. You must have an affiliate page or area to display your partners.
*Without all three of these requirements, there is no use in submission because we will deny your application immediately.*
Submitting an Application for Affiliation request
You have three options to submit an application
a.) Send a private message to Sacui or xBryboy using our forums.
b.) Send an email to administrator@momugatv.com
c.) Click here to submit your application through our "Contact Us" form.
Whichever option you may choose, please title the "Subject Header" of the message in all caps as: AFFILIATION. This is so that our administrators will know your message is not spam.
Use the questions provided below to create your application.
1. What is your website/organization/forum's name?
2. What is the domain or web address of your website?
3. What kind of website is it? (Blog, forum, personal, etc.)
4. Do not answer if this does not apply to you. If your website is a forum, how many registered members does your website have?
5. If your website is a blog or a site with an online community, how many fans or subscribers does it have?
6. What is the purpose of your website or mission statement?
7. Why do you want to affiliate with MomugaTV.com?
8. Do you have an affiliate button or picture you would like to display on MMGTV?
